This tweaks works both on Symbian Mobile Phones And Java Mobile Phones. You can use the Etisalat Default Configuration Settings or this Settings:-
IP:- 195.189.142.132
Port:- 8080
HTTP:- http://195.189.142.132:80/
Socket:- socket://195.189.142.132:1080
Proxy Server Type:- Choose HTTP. Leave http empty, save the settings.
